Nov 2011 The Hong Kong Import and Export (Fees) (Amendment) Regulation 2011, published 28 October 2011, has proposed adjustments to certain textile-related fees and charges and is expected to be implemented on 23 December 2011, subject to completion of the legislative process and further announcement by the Hong Kong Trade and Industry Department. The new fees will apply to all Textiles Trader Registration Scheme applicants (including new and renewal applications) with effect from the implementation date.
